By using the PureAI mobile application or website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Description of Service

PureAI provides health-scoring analysis of food products using AI and OCR technology. This service is for informational purposes only.

2. Medical Disclaimer (Important)

PureAI is not a medical device. All health scores and additive analyses are based on generalized nutritional data and AI interpretations. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are managed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Payments and cancellations are handled securely through RevenueCat.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use PureAI only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logic, and design within PureAI are the property of PureAI.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or reliance on its scores.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

8. Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
